Our restaurant might have two Rosettes, but dining here is a relaxed experience. Chef uses only the best local produce to create delicious dishes, and the wine list is second to none.

Breakfast (open to non residents): 7.30am - 9.30am

Light Bites: 12.00pm - 3.00pm

Dinner: November to March: 6.00pm - 8.30pm

Dinner: April to October: 6.00pm - 9.30pm

 

 

Start your day off with Scottish oak-smoked salmon or eggs Benedict, tuck into twice-cooked honey-glazed pork belly for dinner and treat yourself to a dark chocolate tart to finish.
